The event '8th March 2026: Riding the anti-equality tide, building feminist futures' is designed to discuss, on March 8, how feminism, in movements and institutions, is riding the challenge of the anti-gender wave that actively opposes gender equality.

The event ‘8th March 2026: Riding the anti-equality tide, building feminist futures’ is designed to discuss, on March 8, how feminism, in movements and institutions, is riding the challenge of the anti gender wave that actively opposes gender equality and LGBTQI+ rights, and is working to build a future of equity and justice. The idea is to highlight the gender and political research being carried out at the Scuola Normale and to discuss the topic with international experts from other institutions (Sant’Anna, Oxford, CSIC-Madrid).
